Does the Name on my Mobile Banking App Need to Match my CardGo Account Name?

If you are using a popular mobile banking app, the name on your CardGo account is required to match the name on your bank account for a deposit to settle. This is due to restrictions placed on your bank account by your mobile banking provider.  If the name on your CardGo account does not match, your bank will return the payment to us.  

Please ensure the name on your CardGo account matches the name on the account receiving the funds.
